Our employees have decades of experience running field/trade service companies. We know what it takes to price a job, hold onto good people, and manage cash flow for seasonality. We also know what it’s like to compete against larger companies with dedicated software teams while you’re pulling together spreadsheets and apps that don’t talk to each other.

Why We Built TradeGarden
Running a field/trade service business requires two things most owners are figuring out on their own: sound business practices and selecting the right technology to maximize their profit and keep their work week reasonable. Getting quotes, cash flow, and team management right is hard enough. Sorting through software decisions on top of that makes it harder. Most of the content available for either topic is either too generic or written by people who have never dispatched a crew.
We built TradeGarden to be the resource you can count on at all your major decision points. Software is evaluated the way an owner would evaluate it, not a marketer. Business guidance is written by people who have run these companies, not consultants summarizing theory.
What We Believe
Running a profitable trades business comes down to fundamentals. Pricing your work correctly, knowing your true job costs, managing cash through slow seasons, and building a team you can trust without supervising every hour of every day. Most operators know these things matter. Finding practical guidance on how to do them, written for a business without a CFO or operations director, is harder than it should be.
Having the right software makes those fundamentals easier to track. It reduces the administrative work that pulls owners away from the field. It gives you visibility into items you can act on.
