Affiliate commissions

Products we link to

We only link to products we have evaluated or are actively evaluating for field service businesses.

Editorial independence

Affiliate relationships do not determine our ratings.

Our software scores come from a structured, hands-on methodology — 95 criteria across five categories, tested in live accounts. See Our Review Methodology for the full process.

We do not accept payment for higher scores, favorable placement, or undisclosed sponsored reviews. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled.

How we test software

We create real accounts, run real workflows, and capture our own screenshots. Where our hands-on score and an AI-assisted research pass disagree by more than 0.2 points on any criterion, we manually audit the gap. We do not repackage star ratings from other review sites.

Vendor relationships

We may also receive free or discounted access to software for testing purposes and partner program benefits standard in the industry. These arrangements do not guarantee a positive review. Vendors cannot preview or approve our editorial conclusions.
